Oh, and komos, I gave Robert at Formaggio a homebrew and he comped me some cheese. All members of the arrangement were satisfied with it's outcome. (He said you'd been in earlier that day. heh.)

Yeah... it's a pretty rare thing, and they do a decent good job with the pairings. Next month is the "Cheese for Barbecues" tasting, which just amuses me to no end.
