So I made it out to pickup Ultimate on Saturday for the first time in... forever. (Last June maybe?)
I feel like I'm in decent shape, I've been biking lots and eating healthy, I'm down to almost where I was for our wedding, but HOLY CRAP was I not in shape for playing Ultimate. My upper back feels like a rubber band, and my quads are just sore enough that the action of sitting or standing hurts like hell.
Methinks I need to start doing that more until it doesn't hurt so bad. ^_^
