So apparently even though my belt's fitting a notch smaller, I've gained 15-20 lbs since starting working out in April. Go go gadget muscles!
I'd have said I was net even, or even down a bit, but apparently I've put on significantly more muscle weight than I've lost in fat.
Off to bed!
Mass to mass, muscle weighs twice as much as fat.
Glad you are feeling healthy. That's a nice place to be.
It is always a touch odd to start working out and gain weight while finding you fit in your skinny jeans again.
Yeah, it's an oddness that I can't really wrap my brain around this concept. I weigh more now than I ever have, but .... Well, the best example was spousal unit noting the pants I'm wearing this morning look different/better. Really, say I? Huuhh... I was hoping but not sure. Then realize they are almost falling off and no really I need to cinch them down with my belt.
In conclusion, Yay Muscle!
