would you and the girl want a pass to see the new nicolas cage/meryl streep/chris cooper vehicle Adaptation for free at the Bridge tomorrow night at 7:30? we got a ton of them at the newspaper. the only thing is that it's first come/first serve, so one must get there a bit early.

so claims the internet, if you trust that sort of source ;)

from imdb:

Plot Summary for
Adaptation (2002)

An account of screenwriter Charlie Kaufman's (Cage) attempt to adapt Susan Orlean's (Streep) non-fiction book The Orchid Thief, which is the story of John Laroche (Cooper), a plant dealer who clones rare orchids then sells them to collectors. We see the action of the book as we see Kaufman struggle to adapt it into a movie. This is presumably a somewhat true story, as Charlie Kaufman is the real life screenwriter of Adaptation.

it's supposed to be quite interesting. most of the reviews i've read have given it 3 out of 4 or higher.

More importantly, it's the new film by the guy who directed Being John Malkovitch. Like that, it's supposed to be good but totally weird.

heh. will do.
I threw the small $$ fee at dyndns because they rock, so I'm using them to host my domain staticlly. (wow that spelling looks wrong...)
I've used them for a number of random free subdomains over the years, and now that I have a little money I feel good giving them some for being so damn cool.
