It's not the highest if you take inflation into account.

Of course, an economist will also tell you that a deficit doesn't really matter. :-p

And no, these graphs don't take inflation into account... but, simply comparing the deficit between Clinton's presidency and Bush's. Inflation hasn't been so great in the past 10 years that those numbers would be terribly different. But, they are
