I brewed a batch of Witbier today (aka. white, or wheat beer), I was afraid that I screwed up the yeast, but it's fermenting!
I hope it comes out all right.
I'm pretty psyched, this is my second batch brewing, and if it actually worked (which it seems like it did, I just saw bubbles) I'm 2 for 2.
Of course I haven't bottled a batch yet... hehe.
Grayhoundliz! did you bottle that batch yet? you should do that soon if you haven't... call me if you need help.
In other news, had a nice conversation with the owners of Badgerhause tonight, missing them lots. Boston's fun and all, but it has a distinct lack of badgers. *sigh*
