The oktoberfest brew has been racked to the secondary fermenter, I'll leave it there for a week or two, then bottle it, wait another 2 weeks, then drink it. It'll be ready in time for halloween, if not before.

Good friend from college and his g/f are coming over for dinner tonight, I'm off to start preparing. Cooking yummy moroccan dishes, including some grilled/broiled shrimp that sound absolutely killer.

Just got back from the local beer store, got an excellent selection of tasty beverages. I can't wait to try them all.

also got a 25oz chimay blue, because I'm a fucking beer snob.
