The red beer we brewed (holiday vanilla spiced red ale) seems like it might be contaminated.
This is very VERY pissy making.
Just occured to me, that was the first beer I didn't use bottled water for. we also didn't use bottled for the latest one that prosicated brewed last week. I'm nervous about this one now. if it comes out bad too, definitely moving back to bottled water for brewing.
Still no health insurance, gotta do that before thursday if I can. *crosses fingers*
