I've always wanted to hear you talk about woodcarving-- how to choose a piece of wood to work from, ideal tools, techniques, etc. That just seems so cool to me.

I believe the conditions were "pontificate (rant/babble/sqee)"
... but to be perfectly honest, I'd be happy with something along the lines of "we're all mad here" or "you make one quite giddy."

I'm imagining something along the lines of a rant, but you never know. Maybe they've been little angels.
