ooo ooo oo oo ooo ooo ooo!
(much like a hyperactive monkey)
So today I learned how to replace spokes on a bike wheel, true a wheel, rip a presta valve out of the tube (oops, was my instructor actually. hehe!), and remove/replace a gear cartridge.
All before 9:30am.
Also, my new macbook pro from work is showing up today!
music: ooo, good idea!
Yay! I told you it would be super-satisfying.
Who's the teacher?

Dude, I totally think that you and my brother are merging into the same person. What with the beer brewing, and now you're learning how to fix bicycles... (Doug's a big bike person and recently built himself a new-ish road bike.)
ooo... i don't know how to true a wheel.. always seemed like it'd be a PITA - true/false?
Actually it's superduper easy as long as you have a spoke wrench.
A truing stand probably helps, it made it awful straightforward, but you could just flip your bike over and do it that way too.
Just spin the wheel, set the brake/truing stand so it just touches the wheel in one spot per rotation, tweak the spokes where it rubs so it doesn't rub, repeat.
