T-mobile's PDA/Blackberry team is utterly useless so far.
It's been a half an hour and the only thing that's become apparent is that this woman is completely clueless.
"Oh, well it says here that if you can't get it to run you should go to 'sea, program files' and run it from there. Does that help?"
Um... no. It's running, it's just missing a necessary option.
"Oh, well I can't figure out why it's not running then..."
Now she's trying to find firmware for a different BB that we can try.
Brilliant! I'll install firmware for different hardware! That might work!
