So we've got a few giant bags (hefty garbage bags) full of Styrofoam packing peanuts.
Anyone in the greater Boston area have a use for them? If not I'm going to put them on freecycle, craigslist, or one of the Boston LJ communities.

Fun with Packing Peanuts
Get a giant clear leaf bag, cut foot holes, insert your feet and tape it around your ankles. Fill the bag up with the packing peanuts and go as a bag of popcorn. Assuming they are white.
Oh wait-- you weren't asking about Halloween costumes-- that was me.
Another fun thing to do is to pour some into a large box. Fill it up about a third of the way. Add one cat & hold the box closed for a minute or two (you may need help). Then let the cat out and marvel at the packing peanut covered cat.
You can also fill up an old beanbag chair with them. They're not quite as beanbag-y, but they do a fair job in a pinch.
OR... this is what I would TOTALLY do... pick all fragile presents for the coming holiday season and MAIL the packing peanuts to your friends and loved ones. They'll thank you for it. Seriously.
