5 gallons of fresh, sweet, unpasteurized, organic, apple cider, on it's way to a new life as yummy yummy hard cider. Used a wine yeast for the first time, and we'll be kegging it instead of bottling. Fun newness!
The farm we went to is organic no-spray, and they run their own cider press. You can drop off your carboy, they'll fill it next time they press and call you when it's ready. Totally doing that next year.
Oh, and that nasty looking-ness where the wall meets the floor is crumbling tile, not nasty unclean-ness.
