Say "Whiskey Sour" and most people picture a drink with an umbrella and/or a dyed-red cherry.
2 oz Ardbeg Single-Malt Islay Scotch
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 squirt Blue Agave nectar
Stir to combine (or shake)
Garnish with 1/4 frozen lemon instead of ice.
THAT! My friends. Is a true Whiskey Sour.

But in seriousness, I'll be cracking the Hudson bottles in 2 weeks when my friend Tom comes up to visit, whom you met at BwOhhhh, waitaminit, no you didn't.... ;) I'm kidding. I apologize--had to get that in there. Srs bzns, you should pencil in 2/16 for a whiskey night.
